Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SemioTrace, operated by SAHAR SALAMAT DECORATION DESIGN L.L.C, we strive to deliver premium real estate intelligence, database indexing, and market analysis. Please read our cancellation and refund guidelines carefully.
1. Subscription & Billing
SemioTrace provides a subscription-based software service billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period using the credit card or payment method on file, unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your SemioTrace subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your account dashboard and navigate to the billing settings page, or email our support desk at info@semiotrace.com.
Cancellation requests submitted via email must be received at least three (3) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active with full access to the database features until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not offer prorated credits or refunds for the remaining unused days of a subscription cycle.
3. Refund Policy
Because our platform delivers immediate digital access to proprietary data feeds, county deed registries, foreclosure calendars, and skip-trace contact info (which incurs instant sourcing and API verification costs), all payments are strictly non-refundable.
We do not issue refunds, return credits, or adjustments for:
- Partial months of service or unused database query credits.
- Subscriptions where the user forgot to cancel before the automatic renewal date.
- Dissatisfaction with property listing volumes in specific low-population county regions.
Exceptions may only be granted in writing under specific enterprise service Level Agreements (SLAs) or in cases of documented duplicate billing errors caused by our systems.
4. Billing Disputes & Support
If you believe you have been billed in error or have a question about your subscription fees, please contact us first at info@semiotrace.com. We will investigate your concern and attempt to resolve it within 48 business hours. Initiating a bank chargeback without contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension of database access and blocking of future subscriptions.
