- No Demographic Filtering: The SemioTrace platform and conversational intelligence engine strictly refuse any user prompt or filter attempting to search or rank homes by the demographic, racial, religious, or ethnic composition of a neighborhood.
- No Proxy Discrimination: We do not utilize proxy attributes that could serve as substitutes for protected characteristics in our scoring algorithms.
- Equal Evidence Standards: All properties are evaluated strictly on verifiable economic and physical metrics: asking price, comparable sales, recorded court dockets, structural square footage, and objective financing terms.
