1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SemioTrace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Fair Housing and Advisory Disclosures.
2. Permitted Consumer Use
SemioTrace grants you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the search tools, calculators, and comparison features solely for bona fide real estate decision support. Automated data scraping, reverse-engineering of scoring algorithms, or systematic re-syndication of listing data is strictly prohibited.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. SemioTrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transaction decisions or unverified public record inaccuracies.
